Looking at the specs page here, it seems that there is an ExpressCard/34 slot, which is the successor to PCMCIA, and is compatible with PCI Express. I'm not an expert on this - information from Wikipedia 😱

Nope, it is incompatible with any existing cards out there, so you have to rebuy all of them 😱

Does the Macbook Pro has a PCMCIA slot?

Fixed it for ya, and no, the Macbook Pro does not have a PCMCIA slot. It instead has an ExpressCard/34 slot. It's the 34mm PCIexpress successor to the PCMCIA slot. Has much higher bandwidth and power than the old standard. Will take a little while before we see a whole lot of accessories for it.
