Hard drive update question... 150MB or 3.0GB

Can I use either in a PowerMac G5 with dual 2.5GHz processors? I'm looking at a 300 GB drive and can't figure out if I need the 150 MB interface or the 3.0GB one...

that system uses SATA-150 connectors so its the SATA150MB --300GB hd you need
