I'll admit, I just kinda skimmed the article. But +10 points for the "Virus = Very Yes" Homestar reference. :D

why take offense to the idea of installing an antivirus? just install clamxav, its free. and, it scans for mac, linux, AND windows viruses on your system. so you don't propagate viruses around limewire. or through email. and yes, you can set up a folder sentry on your mailbox to auto scan your mailboxes for viruses to remove them on receipt. is it a big deal? absolutely not. but to take offense to the idea of installing an antivirus is just stupid.
