iPod iPod pictures not in right sequence...any help here?

I have a great family folder with over 200 photos that I like to show off from time to time.....and have all the pictures in a order by name...so I want them to come up A, B, C...etc.....and that first worked, BUT I since added some new photos and some of the order has changed.....it's in order in my folder, but not on my iPOD......please advise....thx...
