ADC discount question

I am a student who would like to take advantage of the ADC one-time discount. I need a computer this week for my classes and the 933 looks like the best deal.

Problem is I'll want a G5 if/when it comes out later this year. What will happen if I break (bend?) the ADC purchase argeement and sell the G4 in six months?

Anybody know?
