Need Something to Resize Photos

Why cant iPhoto do this? Or Preview?

Just want to take a pic from whatever and have the option to resize it to whatever pixels or percent of the original.

Something Intel Native would be cool too. ANy suggestions?
 
you can do it in iPhoto. Just go to File>Export. Then select whatever options like size, etc. you want.

Why dont they make a resize button in Edit mode? WOuld that be too simple?

haha yeah it's pretty stupid that they don't. I thought these programs were suposed to be easy to use🙄 haha
