There are a lot of ways, but the easiest way (since it doesnt involve downloading anything) is to open the Terminal, type uptime, and hit enter.

My current uptime is just under a day because of recent updates.

Hehehehe...it's really funny that this thread is being started by someone with an uptime of 7 hours... what's that screenshot from? Windows? :eek: :(

My iMac is in the 11th day and my iBook in the 12th. The iBook was around 30-something when 10.4.5 came out.
