Agreed! After a brief stint of getting content from the iTMS, I am going back to getting fair use media where I really and truly own the content. With the exception of an impulse or hard to find track, or on gift cards, I'm going away from 'protected' content.

I can guarantee you that I won't be interested in dopping the bones for the new HD formats if I am going to be locked out owning my content.

I've never read much into what this article is talking about, but if true I don't see myself buying too much.

yeah, if the content has those rules attached, there's no way i'm buying any of it. i think it will just push more pirating anyways
