Truly of beginning of today's Apple. Hopefully the 28th will rival that day, have no real expectations so I won't be disappointed. Any thoughts?

Steve Jobs tends to make announcements on Tuesday of new products. Predictions for an upgrade to Power Mac are expected at the end of January or beginning of February. Hoping for sooner rather than later!

New PPC970 PowerMacs on January 29th?

Mac4ever just posted an article about a possible annoucement of new hardware at the end of the month. IBM is also supposed to make announcements the same day. Mac4ever is also claiming that IBM is running a version of BSD on its iSeries....and OS X is based on BSD.....

Our own sources tend to believe that the PPC970 PowerMacs will be unveiled later....but we would like to believe the rumor published on Mac4ever.

Tend to believe this forum, not to expect PPC 970 till Fall.
