Java Script for the web

Hello

I am not a Programmer - I am a simple photographer and digital artist. I need a Java Script that will force new windows to be a particular size, that is the size of the image contained in the window. Since there are a variety of different size windows, I will need to be able to change the size requirements for each particular image. Can someone out there help this poor undereducated artist?
