Hey every1,
I have a Dual Proc 2.5 G5 Powermac. Recently i noticed the temps have gotten fairly high for no apparent reason. Upon inspection, the CPU fans are only turning on their lowest settings no matter what load the CPU is under. I removed the plastic air deflector while the computer was on, and the HD and graphics card fans immediately went to 100%, but the CPU fans stayed put.
What needs to be replaced/fixed?
