No it wont. The only way is to use something like EyeTV. It has to be an analogue (i.e. non DVB-T) EyeTV too. There might also be some lag. I once got a USB1 tv-tuner for a PC laptop and the lag due to having to be re-encoded and squeezed into USB1's miniscule 11mbit bandwidth made any type of gameplay impossible.
