This is now for sale:

I have a mac mini with the "silent" upgrades:
the specs:
1.5 G4
512 MB Ram
64MB Video
80 GB hard drive
Combo drive
OS 10.4
Apple care until the fall (more can be added)

Also, I have with it is a mini stack external device by newertech Link (http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ministack/)
It contains a 120GB 3.5 7200 Hard drive
I run the system off of that...alot faster!

$535 Shipped for the Mac Mini
$135 Shipped for the mini stack V2

$650 Shipped for the combo.

I still might consider a ibook g3 as partial trade for this. *Might*

Thanks
Rob

I recently posted this on my local craigslist, and thought I would give my fellow MR members a shot as well:

Up for a trade?.. G4 powerbook/G4 iBooks considered.
I may also consider any kind of all in one unit (G4/G5 iMac)
Chances are I wont put out much cash towards this trade, so consider that when you are looking to trade your much higher valued machine.

Thanks
Rob

I am interested in trading my 15" 800 Mhz iMac G4 w/ 768 MB RAM, Superdrive, 60 GB HD, Apple Pro Speakers, iSub for your Mac Mini. I figure $550 is around what I could get for my setup on eBay, but would rather keep it simple and trade/sell on MR. I am looking to get a 1.83 Ghz MBP, so I would probably sell your Mini on eBay or on here afterwards. I figure it is easier to sell a mini then my iMac for cash. I really love this iMac and have taken excellent care of it. I have pics in my thread (link in my sig, down below). Hope we can work something out.

Are you interested in selling the mini stack separately?

Thanks,
Rob

Cory... let me put a little thought into it. For a desktop, I may want something with a little more power.

Rob (Mr Green) I am going to keep them together at the moment. If I choose to do eBay or sell outright, I will let you have dibs on the mini stack and pm you.

Hey, I'm actually looking to get a 1.5Ghz Mini, and one of the Newertech Mini stacks. So, would you be willing to sell these outright? I'm returning my Core Duo iMac to Apple tomorrow, and I should have a full refund from them in 3 - 5 days after that (so they said, anyways), and would be interested in getting this machine then.

Let me know if you're interested, and how much you'd want for these two together, and maybe for each separate?

Thanks!
