Hi everybody,

In order to connect my iMac to my high-def TV, I believe i need the Apple mini-dvi to vga adapter. Based on the item description on the Apple site it only supports RCA and S-video :

The adapter connects to the Mini-DVI port on the new 12-inch PowerBook G4 and provides both S-video and Composite video connectors.

That doesn't really interest me. I'd like to connect to the tv via DVI or HDMI. Does anyone know any after market products that can help me with this?

Thanks,
Matt

that's teh mini-dvi to dvi adapter. if you want to connect to a dvi display, that's probably your best bet. however, your imac might have already come with one (im not sure).

Could you not use a VGA to DVI adapter?

Edit - beaten to it.

On a related note I was so gutted when the VGA adapter that came with my iBook wouldnt fit the iMac. I was hoping to save some pennies!
