That's a good way to get teachers on the Mac bandwagon and maybe get them to convince the school systems they would rather have Macs in the schools.

Didn't they do something similar with the upgrade to OS X? Deep discount or free, I think.

Only problem is I am a teacher and already purchased Keynote for the Apple educational price ($79). If Apple is going to keep giving educators breaks like this, they need to do it from day one to stop ticking off teachers. I've e-mailed them to see if there is anything they'll do for me. I haven't heard anything back yet.

Dangit. I was going to have my Mom get these apps for the discounted price, but I just realized that Keynote won't work on my CRT iMac 400 DV. :mad: That makes me so MAD! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
