what monitor

so im thinking of buying a mac mini to tide me over until the rev b powermac (mac pro?) and macbook pro but i dont know what monitor to get, the apple is due for an update but im sure the price wont change so.... your thoughts

Well if you can wait to see the new ACDs I would. If you can't, pick up a $150 15inch LCD somewhere. Then sell it when you get what you want, or give it away.

You'll LOVE your new set up more if you come from such a tiny screen 😉

Maybe something from the Dell range? They make some quality monitors at pretty good prices. 🙂

ACDs are overpriced. Yes they look great (both the screen and casing) but it does not justify the high price. Buy a Dell, they make very high quality monitors and are much cheaper. If you have the money buy the ACD but stick with Dell and use the money you saved to help you buy the macbook pro.
