Importing Safari bookmarks into Firefox

I'd like to give Firefox a try but let's face facts, I'm lazy. Is there a way to import my Safari bookmarks quickly into Firefox?
 
You can download Safari Bookmark Exporter (free program) from Version Tracker. I am using it and it works well. I was able to transfer all of Safari bookmarks to Firefox.
