Turns out a federal appeals court sided with the states that the Epa cant just let companies start polluting again. The court ruled that what the EPA was doing was bypassing the Clean air act. This takes an act of congress. Sad that we have a EPA that is bowing down to George Bush and the Neocons who ignore global warming and wanted to pollute for the sake of a buck. Discusting! Lets here it for the states! hip hip hooray!
