I was just wondering what software I could use to resize images.
Stupid website I'm using will only upload from comp, not URL🙄 ....
So.... I feel stupid asking this but.... what can I use for doing that??
I. Feel. Stupid. 😱 And like a n00b.

Here is a Automator action that I created. If you want, open the file in Automator and save as finder plug-in. Then all you have to do is right-click a folder with images or a image itself and click automator -> Scale Image. You can also save it as a drop item, and drag images into it.

EDIT: refer to my post below

Scale Images Automator action

Awesome workflow! Thanks for the link...good job! 🙂

I asked this question a couple of weeks/months ago. Basically I decided upon iPhoto > File > Export , which seemed the most straightforward.

Since I still get hits from my post above, I thought I would setup a page dedicated to the Automaor image actions I posted about. There are a total of three, one to rotate images, one to resize, and one to convert the images into a different image type.

Three handy Automator actions
