it wont work with your mini, it's a whole integrated type deal.

anyway, make sure you get the exact right 4th gen front panel, i replaced the click wheel of a 20GB 4th gen with a 60GB photo panel and the lcd is a bit flappy as it has too much room.

EDIT: wait, i get it, you want the click wheel, not the whole ipod. sorry, can't help you there.
