no, in ny amazon doesnt charge sales tax

Unless your billing address is in Kansas, Kentucky, North Dakota, or Washington, the answer is no.

Yes, you do. However, Amazon will not collect it. You are suppossed to pay it directly to your state. :rolleyes:
