Is there an easy way to save images displayed by Macromedia Flash pop-ups?

As far as I know the only way is taking a screenshot (Command-Shift 4).

Some of my PC friends have programs called SWF extractors - they allow flash images/swf images to be saved as jpeg or png...

Has anyone seen something like this for Mac? I've checked Versiontracker, but can't get good results.
