I want to get an extra 1gb RAM for my pbook.
I went to the crucial site, and they have two options for the powerbook
DDR and DDR2, what is the difference?
And how do I tell which kind I need?

Yes - if you're sig is correct and you've got a 1.67 64MB VRAM, that means you've got a Rev D or earlier so you're using DDR RAM and not DDR2. Check System profiler to be sure though.
