just a quick quistion:
after some repairs I want to reinstall my OS on my 2003 powerbook 17"

only problem is: I can't find my OS X.4 tiger DVD.
And the isntall dvd that came with my powerbook doesn't contain 10.4 but 10.2 or 10.3

Is there a way to use the installdvd from either an Imac g5 or Powerbook G4 (both the last versions before the intelswitch) to isntall Tiger on my powerbook?

no, I think that the dvds are tied to the system they came with.

You only have 2 options:

1. Find the Tiger disk

2. Purchase a new copy of Tiger
