So, this is my friends, its in good condition, and has one of the new itrips for the 5g ipods. trades are also accepted. im not listing a price, instead taking offers. comes with itrip, ipod, cable.

You're going to need to please define "very good condition". Cosmetic? Functional? How long is the remaining warranty? Was it kept in a case?

Also, if I make an offer, I'm not interested in the iTrip. Thanks.

it has been used out of a case, light scratches, the kind you would expect from pocket keepage, nothing deep, plays perfectly, no deep marks. nothing i couldnt be suprised if a little buffing with icream or something of that nature wouldnt remove. im not sure about the warrenty. but how old can they be?

They can be almost... IIRC six months old. That's half of the warranty - and those light scratches aren't "very good" condition, they are "good". Not trying to shoot you down, but I was only interested in near mint. Very good would be misleading in this case.

dont want to be misleading i would personally consider somethign kept in a invisible sheild since day 1 to be perfect condition, and this to be very good, and a scratch to be good, while more to be very used. but the customer is always right, so i will go with the more conservative of the two.
