I got these speakers for my birthday but I already own a 5.1 system. They are totally brand new and not even opened. I was going to sell them on eBay but thought I would give MR a go first.

I looked at buying these speakers back around christmas time... they have exceptionally high reviews (cNet's top pick) and can be found in stores for around $100.

What price did you have in mind?

I'd just like to say that I own these, and they are perhaps the best computer speakers I've ever heard under $250. They even blow my housemates 5.1 systems completely out of the water.

Worth every penny :)

Well Ryan is definitely right! :) I hooked them up to my iMac and decided to keep them. I simply couldn't resist after reading the Cnet review.

I did find something interesting while reading reviews on these speakers...newegg.com is offering a $50 rebate on them! With the rebate it brings the price to around $70. Anyone who wants them might want to jump on that deal.
