iWork '06, and iWeb

Is there anyway that in iWork '06 and iWeb that I can do a word count, letter count etc... I would most importantly like to be able to do this in Pages. At the moment I cannot find out how to do this and have to copy all my work to AppleWorks 6 and then do word count on there. Surely there must be a way to do this in Pages if it is possible in AppleWorks?

In Pages it's in the Inspector, under the "Info" tab of the "Document" section.

That works if you only want to know for the entire document. If you need to get word counts of selected text, I highly recommend WordService (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/10398). It adds this and a number of other indispensable features to the Services menu (so it works in all Cocoa applications!)
