This sauna was in my house when I bought it in 2002. The owners said they hated to leave it because the had "just bought it", but I can't remember exactly how old it is. We rarely used it and have decided to sell it, pay some bills, and get a whirlpool tub when our financial situation improves. It was in the spot where there was originally a whirpool tub, to give you an idea of how much space is needed. It is in pretty good shape, though there are a few scratches at the bottom and on the side. When we moved in, the previous owners had a valance across the top and curtains on each side of the door and it looked really nice. It includes the benches, the little wooden "pillow" thingie, :) , heater, and light. I have the bucket and scoop, but the scoop was left too long in water so it is kind of gross looking now. It is big and extremely heavy, so you will need friends and a truck to move it. It does split into two pieces. It is in my garage, now, so getting it out of the house should not be a problem. I am located in Versailles, KY, which is right between Frankfort and Lexington. These saunas sell for just a bit over $5,000 when bought new. I will sell for $1500 or best offer.
