played the game for 5 minutes, decided i didn't like it, tried to return it to Best Buy claiming it was defective so i could get a new, unopened copy to sell. clearly onto that trick, they now open all the games when exchanging for the same item due to defect; so the game is brand new, without the cellophane. original and return reciept will be included.

Man, I didn't really like Oblivion at first. You just have to keep playing it so you can get used to it. Trust me, it gets much better. :D I love it now!

It is a fun game, but only after a couple nights of figuring out its potential. I wish that sneaking were more difficult. You can run around someone you are spying on and there's no issue (like in GTA if you are following someone, they have that point where they notice you and you have to start the mission over).

Someone should buy this and enjoy it.
