How do you change the colour of the 3d charts on Keynote 3? I saw Steve Jobs do it at Macworld '06. On one part he kind of made it a wood like colour. Anyway this is done?

Select a bar (not the whole chart) and with the Inspector Pane you can assign a color/texture...
