I have a question on the Superdrive......

I am about to purchase my first mac, and I was wondering on the superdrive, can I burn DVD's that I own.(or DVD's that you can buy)

example- if I put in spiderman the movie, can I maake a copy of that using the superdrive?

you can... with a little work

you won't get the menus and all that (from what i know).

i would check out versiontracker and search for "dvd"... i know "dvdbackup" is one

but i'm not sure of the ins and outs of it..
