iTunes encountered error message

Just bought an iPod video and installed i-tunes but when selecting convert mpeg music video for iPod, the whole system crashes and up comes that stupid programmes encountered an error message. Does anyone know what the problem could be 🙂

Can you tell us exactly what the error message says? It's hard to help unless we have a bit more information. 🙂

iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please tell Microsoft about this fu!kin irritating problem.

So I take it you are on Windows? I'm not that 100% familiar with Windows and iTunes, but... do you have the absolute latest version of Quicktime installed?
