WOW according to this article Apple really is a lot more like it's windows conterpart that I am comfortable with. They apparently REALLY jerk their resellers around. And the resellers have all the evidence to prove it!

I just skimmed the article....

I love my Apple reseller, the service is so much more like that of a "Mom+Pop" grocery store...just with computers, not food...

Who was it in the article that said resellers are undependable? They are totally knowledgeable, every time I go in planning to spend 5min. buying a cable, I end up spending an hour or so just talking to the guys there, learning the entire time.

Since December 2001 I've purchased a G3powermac, a Quicksilver, a G4 iMac, an iBook, an iPod, and a 12" Powerbook...Not to mention I sold the first powermac and G4 iMac through them and got more money than they quoted! They could have pocketed the extra but they're too good of a store for that.

I've heard bad things about those places that are suing apple.

One sells like most of the computers 100-200 $$ up!
