interesting internal apple site

When I was setting up an iPod repair, I noticed the domain was selfservice.apple.com with a bunch of stuff following it, i played around with deleting that extra stuff, and

I came across this site:

is this for employees? anyone know what it is?

Apple couldn't use their own WebObjects? I would of at least one of the open source software solutions that come with os x server: tomcat, jboss, etc.

Maybe that points to a third party site ...
