lol ya, this powerbook has been good, i switched almost 3 years ago... i was 12 lol. now this imac is powerhouse, im so pumped
 
Yeah I know...I'm waiting to order my macbook later this week. I've started having this conpulsive habit where I talk to everyone I see with a macbook during the course of the day.

For me, I read the entire description of the computer 100000000 times every day and I check the tracking number every hour until the computer comes. When it comes, I sprint to the door and hug it and kiss it.....just kidding.
 
youll love this machine... i have the same but 500 gig HD and 2gig ram...

The ram upgrade is worth it...

are you thinking of purchasing a gig stik aftermarket? It is Def. worth it!

Edit: Lol... just noticed we were basically upgrading from the same machine but my pbg4 was the 15" .... Dear god... put on a seatbelt the first time you boot her up because she will be blazing FAST!
 
Have had mine 3 days...

I bought the iMac in my sig this past weekend...COSTCO...1299 including 3 years Applecare...the remote and frontrow is great! Blazing fast compared to the iBook in my sig which was my intro to Mac about two years ago! Enjoy your newiMac. 😀
