Any1 encoding with handbrake on a MBP ??

I was reading some reports on people getting around 90 fps on thier mbp's..The most ive seen mine hit is avg. 68fps which is great. Im running a test to see what i can get with theses settings:

mpeg-4video/aac
1000 avg bitrate
320x240
english

It all depends on what your settings are. I am ripping some stuff with the same settings, except that I am doing 640x480, and I get about the same speeds.
