New Google Maps feature?

Not sure where else to post this but anyone else notice the little box at the bottom right corner that you can drag around for quicker paning? Pretty neat.

I'm continually impressed with how google maps and other projects continue to make small innovations.

Now... how about a built-in way to export directions with pics to your ipod?
That's what I'd like to see.

That is cool. Another thing that's weird is looking at really tall buildings in satellite view close up.

for whatever reason google maps doesn't work on my work machine. it's windows xp with IE:(

does anybody know of a coomon problem like a missing plug in or so?

Funny.. I used GM today for the first time in a while and noticed that (box) but never bothered to try it. Good catch vniow.
