Hi, I just imported a video from VCR onto DV (using a DV Cam) and then onto my computer using iMovie. Basically I just want to make the old video into a dvd. For some reason the audio is only coming out one speaker. Is there any way to remedy this?
Wow, I really screwed up in the spelling of the title of this thread, didn't I?
TIA

What kind of cable did you from the VCR to your DVcam.
If it wasn't a RCA cable, and you only used two plugs (instead of three), that might be the problem.

What about making a copy of the one track of audio, and pasting it into another track. Giving you two channels of audio.
It's not true stereo though.
If the original tape audio was recorded in mono, there is no way around it.

Should be about a $2 item at Radio Scraps. You would want a female to male Y cable, in other words 1 female in to 2 male outs.
