I've tested this LCD and it looks great. Supposedly it was replaced by Apple less than a year ago. No dead/stuck pixels from what I could tell and the outer casing is in pristine condition. There are some minor keyboard imprints on the screen, but they are very faint. They are actually less noticable than the ones on my Aluminum PowerBook, which has a display that is less than 4 months old.

The panel will work with Any DVI Titanium PowerBook (those clocked 667MHz-1GHz, except for the Gigabit Ethernet). It may work in a 15" Aluminum PowerBook, but I have no way to verify that (does anyone know?).

I'm asking $250, which seems very fair considering the condition.

Thanks!

No. It wont work. It uses a different type of hinge.

The LCD itself will work with an Aluminium Powerbook G4. Not the casing, or the hinges. You'll just have to take the LCD out of it and put it into an Albook. The only thing then would just be the lower resolution. The connection on the back of the LCD is/should be the same.

Thanks for the clarification. Yeah, I knew if it did work you'd have strip it down to the panel. If someone only wants the panel, I can remove it from the casing and pack it appropriately.
