Is it possible to rip, say, an entire Family Guy DVD (all episodes) with Handbrake without doing EACH episode individually? i.e., i want the entire thing to be done while i sleep. Is this possible?

Yes, set it up to "queue", and choose the individual episodes (instead of the full 3 hour clip, you'll have to choose each 30 minute episode) and queue up each one.
