The University of California in Berkeley has put their collection of lectures, events, and some campus information in iTunes.

Course categories: Arts & Humanities, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Resources, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences.

They are treated as songs, not podcasts.
