Hey!
I have WINDOWS MESSENGER FOR MAC, and I am trying to webcam someone in Hong Kong? How Do I do this?

Windows messenger for Mac doesn't support webcams. (Way to go, Microsoft...)

Try using aMSN as a good alternative at the moment. It supports video chatting through MSN. Although it's not a UB yet, it's still fast enough.
