I read another report that states you can only listen to a track 5 times.

http://www.macworld.co.uk/news/index.cfm?NewsID=14510

As stated there. So really, not that great is it.

napsters service and limited device support suck. period, end of story. they will never be able to match apples integration of software and hardware and the ease of use of the iTms so they should just sell out and give up...

This Napster "free" thing is great. I read a review of a CD recently, and decided I wanted to check it out. Napster allowed me to listen to the whole album for free several times on my Mac, which was great.

So after 5 listens, I bought it from iTunes.

:D That was my idea, too! I probably will use Napster to preview music. If I like the whole album, I'll probably buy a physical CD. If I just like a few tracks (which is pretty common), I'll buy them from iTunes. Thanks, Napster!

First and foremost, this is only currently available in the U.S, and while America is a large country, itís only comprised of 250-million or so people out of a 6.3 billion Internet users.

Since when does nearly every person in the world own an Internet capable computer and downloads their music?

OOPS, forgot, all the poor countries were given Macs by Steve Jobs personally, and they all had internet and downloaded all their own music....you didn't hear the news?
