What is the best software to use if I want to copy a dvd movie to my mbp and then to my own dvd?

to copy dvds, i would recommend handbreak...as for burning try to see if you can get toast....

mac the ripper=free

Toast 7=invaluable

put them together, and you get a great burned DVD
