Hey!
I am currently doing my physics homework, and need help on doing a 'squared number'. For example, 'two squared'. Anyone know how to do those small 2's?

In word, highlight the text gor the squared numbers and select **superscript**

Erm...in what software?
In Microsoft Word, the superscript and subscript icons are in the Font part of the palette. They look like an A with a 2 in the superscript or subscript position.
In TextEdit, it's Format -> Font -> Baseline -> Superscript from the menus, to make the raised number.

In word, I like using the default short cut keys of: cmd + shift + = (so actually the "+" key) to enable superscripting or the cmd + = for sub, so I don't have to leave my hands from the keyboard
