I've set up Hotmail with the http plugin with Apple's Mail. It downloaded all my messages, and it appeared to work flawlessly. However, when I delete a message from another computer, it doesn't remove it from my inbox on the Mail app. I played with all the settings, but I can't get the Mail program to update exactly what's on the server (and vice versa).

Your inbox on mail is just a copy of your hotmail inbox. Anything you do to your hotmail inbox directly (via a web browser) won't have any effect on the email you've essentially copied to Mail. If you haven't set-up a "remove copy from server" option your hotmail mailbox will just keep adding email.
