Apple Corps this morning refused to accept the judgement in the case, declaring in a statement that it will definitely file an appeal. This doesn't surprise anyone. This is all about the lawyers and money more than anything else. They should have to pay for Apples court fees if they lose the appeal. That would make them think twice.

Good ol' Jobsie. Though I bet he can see a few $$ if he gets the Beatles on iTMS.

Can McCartney and clan make themselves look anymore like asses?

This just smacks of greed at this point.

I still personally think that Jobs' liking of the beatles was partly the reason why the company was named Apple. Not sure if he will admit this, but he sure as hell won't while legal action continues.

I hope one day this will have all coem to an end and we don't hear yet another Apple vs Apple story appear.

It was, and he has. You'd think they'd take it as a compliment, since they're in different fields. It's since evolved past that anyway, and it's sad that Apple Corps are making such a big deal about it. Beatles are the brand, not AC. Might have something to do with why Apple are moving more toward the Mac and iPod names though.

And it's more about power than money. ;)
