Blimey. A more-or-less accurate discussion on Mac security. Can it be true?

Very good article about the state of Mac security. I'm still confused about the meaning of a zero-day. Anyone care to elaborate.:)

very well written! and i just read a businessweek article the other day and a reader (either on that website or macrumors, i can't remembeR) was busting on BW for being anti apple! well, maybe some of their writers are, but this author did a very well researched and well balanced story.

It means that the vulnerability was announced before the vendor could write a patch. ;)

From the article:

"Zero-days are exploits or vulnerabilities that cause damage in the wild before being disclosed to the vendors of the targeted software. "

If you were being sarcastic, I apologize :D.
