10.2.4 missing?

i tend to download new software updates while i am at work with ethernet, burn to a cd, then install at home where all i have is a 56k modem.

although 10.2.4 was supposedly released today, i could not find the download anywhere on apple's website! i am sure it is there with the software update program, but i need to download from the web. where is 10.2.4?

also it seems to me that the "most popular" downloads have not been updated in quite a while...
