How Come I Can Only See Certain Documents As Thumbnails/Previews?

Is there any way to see these other documents as previews such as the others shown is this pic? Is there any way I can enable this? Thnx! :)

Get info in the window you want and select Show Icon Preview. Then all previews will show up.

Thanks! It's actually Show View Options and not Get Info, but you pointed me in the right direction. :D
